The Newburgh BOA Nomination Study is delivered through a coordinated approach between a BOA Steering Committee, New York State, the City of Newburgh, and a consultant project team led by EDR. These partners provide advice and expertise to guide the BOA Steering Committee in the development of the BOA Nomination.
